Many other online fitness programs are more expensive, and they
give you a template nutritional and fitness program that is not
designed for your individual needs, taste, or lifestyle. It’s
like buying a magazine and hoping that plan works for you. It
may for a short time, but not for the long term.
We handcraft everyone’s nutrition plan, weight training
plan, stretching plan, and cardio plan. We design them around
your schedule, how many days a week you will lift weights, how
much cardio you will be able to do, and what limitations you may
have; bad back, knee, shoulder, etc.
Our service is low-tech but highly effective compared to other
online services. High-tech online training companies and corporations
have to charge you more to pay for their high-tech gadgets, and
all of the overhead they have to pay. We have much lower overhead
so we don’t have to charge you as much. We don’t want
to confuse you by having you filling out endless forms and plugging
all types of data into BMI, BMR, THR, and RHR calculators. This
won’t help you achieve your fitness goals at all. We keep
it simple for you so you don’t get overwhelmed and discouraged
by all of the information on fitness.
