Many other online fitness programs are more expensive, and they
give you a template nutritional and fitness program that is not
designed for your individual needs, taste, or lifestyle. It’s
like buying a magazine and hoping that plan works for you. It
may for a short time, but not for the long term.
We
handcraft everyone’s nutrition plan, weight training plan,
stretching plan, and cardio plan. We design them around your schedule,
how many days a week you will lift weights, how much cardio you
will be able to do, and what limitations you may have; bad back,
knee, shoulder, etc.
Our service is low-tech but highly effective compared to other
online services. High-tech online training companies and corporations
have to charge you more to pay for their high-tech gadgets, and
all of the overhead they have to pay. We have much lower overhead
so we don’t have to charge you as much. We don’t want
to confuse you by having you filling out endless forms and plugging
all types of data into BMI, BMR, THR, and RHR calculators. This
won’t help you achieve your fitness goals at all. We keep
it simple for you so you don’t get overwhelmed and discouraged
by all of the information on fitness.
Athlete
Programs
Any athlete will benefit from this program, from top-notch athletes
to weekend warriors. Every athlete will benefit from an intense
workout that incorporates plyometrics, weight training, flexibility
exercises, cardio and anaerobic training. Workouts are specific
to what position you play. For example, in football an offensive
lineman will need one type of workout, while a running back, corner,
or safety will need their own sport-specific routines. Tennis
players, golfers, gymnasts, and swimmers will all get their own
sport-specific routines.
We will teach everyone, no matter what their goals are, how to
keep objective measurements to help keep track of their progress.
If you don't know how to keep track of these measurements you
will never know if you're getting stronger, faster, or more flexible.
Senior
Programs
Senior fitness is one of the fastest growing areas of the personal
training industry. Muscle doesn't know age, which means you can
get great results no matter what your age is. I have worked in
the rehabilitation field for years and during this time i worked
with many seniors who used walkers, wheelchairs, and canes. After
several weeks of being on a weight-training program they lost
the need for these mobility devices. Inactivity causes muscle
to atrophy (get weaker). In as little as 36 hours of complete
rest, muscle will start to atrophy. All the effects of aging are
directly related to inactivity, not to aging. Look at Jack LaLanne
for example.
Youth Programs
Exercise programs are important for kids of all ages. Every day
on the news we hear reports that kids today are less fit and have
more body fat than their peers even ten years ago. Technology
that is helping the human population advance in today's world
also has an unfortunate byproduct that has allowed children to
become more sedentary.
Much
of the overweight problem with our youth today is the parents'
lack of knowledge in the nutrition field, by not teaching the
importance of well-balanced meals and exercise.
While more adults are realizing the value of a well-planned fitness
and nutrition program, many of the same people are having a hard
time incorporating fitness and nutrition into their children's
lives. Lifestyles that have today's family consistently on the
go make us more likely to grab fast food, not nutritious food.
Research has shown that the blood pressure, cholesterol, and
overall health of even very young children are affected by inactivity,
poor nutrition, and too much body fat. We as adults must teach
out children healthy lifestyles, but even more important we must
teach them by example.

Strength training for kids does not only increase strength, flexibility,
and cardiovascular conditioning, but it also gives them more self-esteem
and confidence. If they are stronger than their peers they won't
get teased, they won't be picked last in gym class, they will
be more popular, better in sports, along with other benefits too
numerous to list. Studies say there is not starting age; any age
is great as long as the workout is supervised by a fitness professional.
Youth workouts use light weights and good form, but most importantly,
the child must want to do it.
Pre- and Post Pregnancy Program
Pre-pregnancy workout programs and nutrition are designed to
focus on your core strength areas: abs, low back, and pelvic areas.
This will make for shorter labor time and quicker recovery. Also,
full body fitness is important to increase muscle strength and
metabolism to help you lose weight quicker after pregnancy.
During pregnancy it's is just as important to keep working out
to keep your muscles strong. This is important for a shorter labor
time and a quicker recovery. Your workouts will be designed according
to what trimester you are in. This is important to know because
of certain hormones that cause ligaments to become lax and can
lead to injury if the wrong exercise is performed. Example: laying
on your back as the months pass causes the baby and your added
weight to put pressure on the inferior vena cava that returns
blood flow to the heart, and can possibly make you pass out.
Post-pregnancy programs are designed with the same caution, since
hormone levels may still be high. The nutrition plan design will
depend on if you are breast-feeding or not, since this tells us
how many calories you will need. You burn a lot more calories
when you breast-feed. The workout is designed to lift the glutes,
breast, lower abdomen, and reduce the thighs and arms.
