Fees include all services
All classes and sessions must be pre-paid for one month

  • For in-home/office training, add $6.00 to each session
  • Half hour sessions are $40
  • For in-home/office training add $6.00 to each session
  • 1 person training 2 or more times a week $60/hr
  • 1 person training 1x/wk is $70/hr
  • 1 person training less than once a week is $80/hr
  • 2 people training 2 or more times a week is $75/hr
  • 2 people training 1x/wk is $80/hr
  • 2 people training less than once a week is $90/hr

Fat Blast Personal Training Classes
The one hour Fat Blast class will be taught in groups of five people to ensure proper form and safety, $20.00. Click here for a description of the Fat Blast Class.

Nutrition or workouts only

  • Nutrition plan only, includes 1 month unlimited email consulting, $60
  • New workout routine only, includes 1 month unlimited email consulting $60
  • Nutrition Analysis only, $10
