THE WORKOUT
The MyoFitness Golf Workout is a one hour performance enhancement class designed specifically to make you a better golfer. The workout consists of general full body strength training, golf-specific strength training, and golf specific stretching. During the workout you’ll use stability balls, dumbbells, bands and barbells to increase the core strength you’ll need for those long power drives, and you’ll learn how to transfer the power from your legs through your core to your shoulders and arms. The golf specific stretching will help you create the flexibility and resilience you need for a pain free perfect swing.

WHAT DAY AND TIME
The class will be held on Monday evenings 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at MyoFitness in Millvale.

1. Nutrition plans to help you keep your focus and energy for 36 holes, not to mention it will help you loose a few pounds.
2. Unlimited email consulting on nutrition and workouts.

FEES
The fee is only $18 for each one hour class. We also offer private sessions.
