Fitness is
an individual decision and it requires a personal commitment.
But that doesn't mean you have to go it alone.
Many
people find that becoming fit and staying that way is easier and
more fun when they workout with others. In fact, studies have
shown that people who exercise with others may actually get better
results; for example, sharing a fitness program with a friend,
spouse, family members or a group of friends can lead to better,
faster weight loss.

A group fitness program can offer many advantages:
- Better Motivation: It's easier to stay
movitated to pursue your fitness goals when you share those
goals with others.
- Better Compliance: We're less likely to
quit or cheat on diet and fitness programs when we're part of
a group.
- Better Support: having the support and encouragement
of others who understand what you're feeling can make the difference
between discouragement and determination.
At Myofitness we understand the importance of the
group dynamic. Whether it's a heart-to-heart talk with a friend
when the going gets tough or a little friendly competition to
see who can make the most progress, being part of a group can
provide a multitude of ways to make your fitness program more
enjoyable, more affordable, and ultimately, more successful.
All of our programs can be done in groups. To determine
cost for each person, just divide the basic price of $70 per hour
by the number of friends, co-workers, or family members who will
be joining you.
